The Pyralis Network is a web design company owned and operated by Cody Williams. The goal is to provide great designs and affordable hosting for fandom sites.
Pyralis Network operates Hogwarts of Witchcraft and Wizardry and The Elmwood, and uses Simple Machines Forum to run the websites. The Themes of both sites are copyrighted to Cody Williams, and the Pyralis Network. All themes are designed from the ground up, using HTML-Kit and uploaded with CoreFTP LE. The images used in the designs were to the best of the Pyralis Network's knowledge in the public domain for use or used within the guidelines of fair use. However, all images from the The Elmwood and Hogwarts of Witchcraft and Wizardry designs are © 2005-2008 to Cody Williams and Pyralis Network. Permission must be obtained to use any image from the site. Please respect copyright laws, ask for permission to use the images. If the Pyralis Network does not own the copyright, you will be pointed in the right direction for obtaining said permission.
All user-submitted content on The Elmwood and Hogwarts of Witchcraft and Wizardry is owned by the user and licensed for use on the site, for as long as the Pyralis Network wishes to keep the content on the site. User leaving a site does not terminate the license. If you wish to use content submitted to a Pyralis Network site, you must obtain permission from the author and the Pyralis Network.
